Use VAEXPERIENCE UX research and design project challenges

On my Youtube channel I’ve run several UX project challenges that helped people hone their research and design skills. These challenges help designers worldwide apply their existing UX skills to solve a problem given by yours truly.

For example, these are the latest challenges I’ve run:

A digital transformation of the US voting system: where some designers researched the service end-to-end, while others redesigned mobile voting apps and considered how the current experience could be enhanced.

A redesign of the cancellation customer experience for a telecom operator: where designers deconstructed the real-life scenario and touchpoints in a service that was ridden with dark patterns. The results were an impressive set of UX case studies that covered new conversational UIs, service blueprints and many more projects that could enhance any growing designer’s portfolio.

A redesign of a product that helps people find places to live within reasonable reach of the metropolitan areas: where researchers and designers tried to revive a dead product that had become relevant with the sudden shift in customer behaviours in the UK housing market. The submissions varied from fully outlined case studies to in-progress discovery work.
